We already had solar from another company! Adam, a very pleasant, courteous young man and an employee of Ori Energy, stopped to ask about our solar system. During the conversation, he looked at some of our electric bills and noticed the usage during the summer. Adam asked if we had insulation and how long it had been since it was placed. We told him it had been years. He then asked if we would like someone to come and do an evaluation of our home, and we said yes! Our next conversation was with Alex. I can’t say enough about Alex; he was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! A real gentleman and Christian example. He replaced our air conditioning duct work and installed insulation. We feel confident about his work and appreciate everything he did to help us provide comfort and energy efficiency to our home! The process was smooth and easy. They were out when they said they would be and they explained what they would be doing and if they needed anything from me. Overall, I would recommend it to friends and family looking to go solar.

My family had an excellent experience with this company. The sales representative was extremely knowledgable about the product, installation and what to expect. I don’t feel you find this kind of customer service in todays society so it was very refreshing. As for installation it went very smooth they offered some incentives to me that they followed through with and since then I’ve simply been enjoying my energy savings and couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to go with solar but going with Ori Solar is what really sealed the deal. I talked to a bunch of solar companies and sales people. There was really only one company that didn't just try to sell me a system. They looked at my priorities and worked to create a solar design that would meet my budget. Alex was my salesperson and I appreciated his open and direct approach...and also his specialized knowledge about my utility. Other solar companies didn't even know that my utility had a 'demand charge' and how that impacted solar customers. Ori Solar is a great company that cares about what's best for their customers.

The company and their reps were professional and courteous. I worked with Natalie before and she is extremely sweet and kind. I high recommend them to anyone interested in installing solar panels!
